Responsibilities to include:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and develop social and business relationships with potential clients.
- Plan and organize strategies that will continue an ongoing sales effort.
- Analyze the client’s needs and help to create solutions that will incorporate their interests in technology for their company.
- Manage customer satisfaction issues.
- Serve as liaison between corporate office and client corporate office to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Client and potential client presentations via telephone and in-person calls.
- Making sure client complaints/problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
- Tracking performance results and make needed adjustments.
- Coordinating sales efforts with all departments as needed.
- Staying current with products, applications, market conditions, technical services and promotional trends.
- Plan seminars with our partners to support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Five to seven years of direct selling experience.
- Experience with Cisco and Microsoft solutions.
- Minimum of two years experience selling technical services and solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in relevant field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are a must.
- This position may require travel, locally and nationally.
