Responsibilities to include:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and develop social and business relationships with potential clients.
  • Plan and organize strategies that will continue an ongoing sales effort.
  • Analyze the client’s needs and help to create solutions that will incorporate their interests in technology for their company.
  • Manage customer satisfaction issues.
  • Serve as liaison between corporate office and client corporate office to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Client and potential client presentations via telephone and in-person calls.
  • Making sure client complaints/problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
  • Tracking performance results and make needed adjustments.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with all departments as needed.
  • Staying current with products, applications, market conditions, technical services and promotional trends.
  • Plan seminars with our partners to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Five to seven years of direct selling experience.
  • Experience with Cisco and Microsoft solutions.
  • Minimum of two years experience selling technical services and solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in relevant field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are a must.
  • This position may require travel, locally and nationally.
